The electorate of Bendigo West includes Central Bendigo, and areas of California Gully, Long Gully, Ironbark, Golden Square, Maiden Gully, Marong and Kangaroo Flat; as well as the township of Castlemaine, Harcourt, Maldon and the surrounding districts of Mount Alexander.
